Oh I feel so good today, My biggest munchkin was off to prep this morning when I left she didnt even bat an eyelid!
But thats better than the alternative I guess :)
On the food front I was shithouse yesterday, Its been a while since I have had a few beverages so yesterday afternoon hubby and I just sat around having a laugh and several beers, it was lovely.
Today Ive been flatout getting the house de-clutered, after I do that I will go to do the shopping and restock the cupboards.
Eating today is a bit all over the shop and I will endeavour to go for a walk this afternoon.
Im not stressed beacuse I can feel that Im heading in the right direction with everything.

Day one
Cardio - Morning walk /run - 45 mins - gotta get up earlier was so stinking hot I nearly vomitted!
Weights - nil today
Eating
M1 - 40gs oats with 1/2 scoop protein powder and lite milk
M2 - morrocon seasoned chicken with brown rice and vegetables
M3 - 200gs Jalna yogurt + 8 Almonds
M4 - same as M2 (if hungry or some grapes)
M5 - BBQ steak with salad
M6 - water, water, and more water.
Feeling on top of it today :)
I should come out of hiding
Well I bet every ones has given up in my blogging, not that I blame them :) But now I am back with a new blog and a fresh attitude.
Every day I will come clean with my eating habits and my training, I will aim to weight train 3-4 times per week with cardio 4-5 times per week. I start Uni soon and I don't want to bite of more than I can chew. I will be openly honest and unashamed of myself.
I was diagnosed with a thyriod condition and will start meds in a months time If my blood test still are abnormal, as these types of conditions can come if you are stressed/emotional. Ive started reading and learning the ways of Buddhism, not that I'm a tunnel vision follower but its philosophies on life inspire me and the words help untangle things. (if that makes any sense)
I will start tomorrow a detox for five days, meditation for 10 minutes and cardio. Hopefully I can make it to the gym and do a workout too.
