Day one



Cardio
- Morning walk /run - 45 mins - gotta get up earlier was so stinking hot I nearly vomitted!

Weights - nil today

Eating

M1 - 40gs oats with 1/2 scoop protein powder and lite milk
M2 - morrocon seasoned chicken with brown rice and vegetables
M3 - 200gs Jalna yogurt + 8 Almonds
M4 - same as M2 (if hungry or some grapes)
M5 - BBQ steak with salad
M6 - water, water, and more water.

Feeling on top of it today :)
