I still got it!

Well over the weekend I went and spent some time with my dad so there is my excuse for lack of posting. I am still on track with my eating and training so that's awesome!
I started a new program this week, as I have had nearly 2 months off training! yikes! I thought to myself, man this is going to kill me.
I can still lift the same weight!!!! unbelievable but true! however Im I only squatted 90kgs, I can normally do around 120kgs and thats not crushing me, but to be honest I am concerned about going heavier. I do Have strong legs and pretty decent muscle size (under the fat) after all I have learnt read and talked about I'm still concerned with being a huge bitch that has to walk sideways through doors.lol.
Diet is also going well, and I feel like I have turned a new leaf. I'm on a roll and I love it!
My new program I think will probably maintain what muscle I have and I'm happy with that, so in 12 weeks I'm going to see whats under this fat and work from there. Felt pretty cool today, I had my sis staying with me so she came to the gym, I was doing reverse lat pull downs and she was looking at my back. Her words were " holy shit"... I just pissed myself laughing and thought yay!!
